These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blendeen app (the "Service"), provided by Blendeen ("Blendeen", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Personal use only. Blendeen is intended for individuals organizing casual teams, practices, and events — not for businesses, clubs run as commercial enterprises, or any organizational/business use. If you want to use Blendeen for a business purpose, please contact us at contact@blendeen.com first — using the Service for business purposes without our prior agreement is not permitted under these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blendeen. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you're using the Service on your own behalf, as an individual, not on behalf of a business or organization.
Your account is tied to your device. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your device and account secure. If you lose access to your account, you can recover it through the app if you've verified your email — see our Support page for details.
When using Blendeen, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you post (messages, event details, and similar) within a team or event. By posting content, you grant us a license to store and display it to the other members of that team or event, solely to operate the Service. You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
Some features may require a paid subscription, purchased and billed entirely through the App Store under Apple's own terms. Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings, not by us directly.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to Blendeen or other users.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blendeen won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
