Blendeen ("Blendeen", "we", "us") builds the Blendeen app for organizing teams, practices, and events. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
When you create a Blendeen account and profile, you may choose to provide:
All of the above except your username are optional. We also store the content you create while using the app — teams/groups you make or join, events and schedules, RSVP status, in-app chat messages, and recorded game scores — so the app can function for you and the people you play with.

To keep the app free of fake or automated accounts, we use Apple's App Attest and DeviceCheck frameworks. These generate a hardware-backed attestation or a short-lived integrity token on your device, which is verified directly with Apple's servers. This process does not give us access to any other data on your device.
If you use the in-app QR scanner to join a team or event, your camera feed is processed entirely on your device to read the code — it is never recorded, stored, or sent to us.
If you invite people by text message, you pick recipients using iOS's built-in contact picker. We only ever receive the specific contact(s) you select for that one invite — we never access or upload your full address book.
Any subscription purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Blendeen never receives or stores your payment card details — Apple sends us only a transaction confirmation so we can activate the subscription on your account.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone. Blendeen does not include any advertising or analytics SDKs.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the app, specifically:
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We also share information with other members of a team or event you join — for example, your name/nickname and RSVP status are visible to that team or event's other participants, since that's the point of the app.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account) — this immediately erases your profile information (name, email, phone, gender) and removes you from every team and event. Content you were part of (past attendance, messages you sent) may be retained in a de-identified form so it doesn't disrupt other members' team history, shown only as "Deleted User." If you'd rather we handle it directly, email us at contact@blendeen.com and we'll complete the request within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain certain records by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most of your profile directly in the app, or contact us at contact@blendeen.com for anything else.
Blendeen is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
